The Agency Planning Council is comprised of Heartland AEA’s senior administrators. The Council meets weekly to discuss issues and make decisions about the Agency’s overall operation.

Heartland AEA Service Area Leaders are comprised of agency leaders who work in the student and family services area. They meet monthly to discuss and make decisions about the Agency’s offering of instructional services, including special education.
