English Language Learning

Heartland AEA employs staff who are specifically tied to improving English language learner (ELL) and English as a second language (ESL) programming. These staff members help districts meet state and federal guidelines, provide professional development for educators, host regular advisory meetings and help advise on mini-grant opportunities to meet school and district needs.
